Q1: How the customer place order "cake" via internet?

A1: We use eleetronic payment system via internet provided any bank account. Customer may pay by VISA card, Master card, American Express credit card.

Q2: How to order through credit card, money tranfer?

A1: For Credit Card - First, customer have to register with his or her bank card and ask for password which is use in e-payment. Second, They have to fill their personel data into a form of company on web site such as first name, last name, ID number, address, telephone. Third, after that company will send bill and product to customer. Last, the compaly will receive money after customer bank got slip by transfering. For Money transfer - Customer can transfer money to company and then send bank slip, customer name, number of order to company by fax number 02-938-4588 or e-mail: [email protected].

Q3: How many day i can receive the cake?

A3: The customer will receive the cake next two days after company receive bank slip.

Q4: How to convince that the product will be deliver to customer without any damage?

A4: We use quality materials (special boxes, which make cake still fresh,not damage). All products have garantee for any damage that happen to the products before in customer hands. If there are any problem with our product, we will respond for them by payback money or make a new one for you.....

Q5: How about your delivery area?

A5: We send product only all area in bangkok including near area of bangkok (For Bangkok free of charge).
